We are known for our Vegan Kimchi! If you are a kimchi fan, you are going to love this! A probiotic-rich, raw and vegan version of traditional Korean kimchi. We locally source organic, fresh harvested vegetables that are hand cut and mix with certified organic Korean red pepper to give it an authentic kimchi taste. Seaweed is used to enhance the umami flavor WITHOUT any fish sauce, seafood, sugar or MSG! Our micro-batches are traditionally fermented in stainless steel tanks so they don’t get exposed to plastic and are fermented for an extended period of time to increase the probiotic benefits for gut health.
